Saturday and Sunday Teaching and Practice with Lama Öser, Autumn 2023

We invite you to join us for a special opportunity to learn, practice and spend time with Lama Öser at Gomde.

On 24 September and 21 October, there will be an afternoon talk, followed by a sitting practice. The teachings and practice will be held in our meditation hall. Please arrive by 1.45 pm.

22 October is for those who have begun or interested in starting the Ngondro practice.
Begins 9.30 am – 4 pm. Lunch included. Please book for this day.

We will provide a more detailed schedule and arrival times soon. No registration is required for these talks.

Sunday 24th September – Lama Öser’s talk on Sunday 24th September is cancelled, due to a change in Lama’s travel schedule. Our apologies for any inconvenience this causes.

About Lama Öser

Lama Öser is one of our very senior monks at the Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling monastery. He has studied under many great masters and for a number of years was the personal assistant of the great Dzogchen master Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. We are therefore very fortunate that Lama Öser will reside here during Autumn 2023 leading retreats, teachings and talks. Lama Öser will also support practitioners with all aspects of their practice and is available when in residence, to support those who undertake retreats at the Gomde UK.
