Becoming Radically Happy – Online
February 8th – March 8th 2022

The programme is based on the book Radically Happy (Phakchok, Solomon), focusing on Basic Happiness, where we learn how and why to become more present moment focused. Everyone is welcome and no prior experience of meditation or Buddhism is required. The course will be held on zoom, 7pm – 8.30pm on Tuesday evening for 5 weeks.

About Radically Happy – the book
The Radically Happy program has been carefully developed over several years by Phakchok Rinpoche and Erric Solomon. They wrote a book which draws on their own personal experience both as happiness practitioners and teachers, Radically Happy will benefit anyone who is struggling to keep a balance in life between work and family, coping with the fast pace of daily life, managing a career and at the same time aspiring to flourish and grow: intellectually, emotionally and spiritually.

Creating Space Audio, Erric Solomon
Creating Space is a guided meditation exercise that encourages us to feel the spaciousness of the sky within us. The exercise comes from the book Radically Happy (Phakchok, Solomon). It’s a meditation practice that can be practiced at any moment, any where. The link below provides some background to the exercise and a link to an audio.
