About each session
During each session, we will take time to reflect on the insights we gain from our weekly reading. We will also include guided meditation exercises: getting to know your mind, creating space, focusing on the breath and body scan. We will gradually build our familiarity and confidence with the exercises and our understanding.
No prior experience is needed of meditation or Buddhism.
To undertake this course, you will need to have a copy of the book Radically Happy. If you are unable to purchase the book for any reason, please do get in touch with us. There are number of second hand copies available online at a good price! Course Costs:
