Radically Loving
A Guide to Interconnected Happiness

8th – 10th April 2022

About this Retreat

Interconnectedness is fundamental to our understanding of the world we live in, yet on a day-to-day basis we find it hard to benefit from our understanding, unable to integrate this insight into our own experience.

This weekend retreat will help us to deepen our understanding and experience of interconnected happiness.

The Radically Happy program has been carefully developed over several years by Phakchok Rinpoche and Erric Solomon. They wrote a book which draws on their own personal experience both as happiness practitioners and teachers, Radically Happy will benefit anyone who is struggling to keep a balance in life between work and family, coping with the fast pace of daily life, managing a career and at the same time aspiring to flourish and grow: intellectually, emotionally and spiritually.

Register Erric Solomon author buddhism
“The more we can identify with the basic commonality shared by all the myriad kinds of human existence, the easier it is to cultivate warm relations. .. It helps to consider how in many ways other people are just another you.” Radically Happy

Creating Space Audio, Erric Solomon

Creating Space is a guided meditation exercise that encourages us to feel the spaciousness of the sky within us. The exercise comes from the book Radically Happy (Phakchok, Solomon). It’s a meditation practice that can be practiced at any moment, any where. The link below provides some background to the exercise and a link to an audio.
