Radically Loving: A Guide to Interconnected Happiness
8th – 10th April, 2022

Interconnectedness is fundamental to our understanding of the world we live in. Yet, on a day-to-day basis we of course find it hard to live in accordance with this understanding. This weekend retreat will help us to deepen our understanding of interconnected happiness and how to experience it.

Registration will be available soon.
Eight Verses on Training the Mind
14th – 18th April, 2022 (Easter Weekend)

During a four day retreat, Erric will take us through the main points of this well know text on lojong (Wyl. blo sbyong) by Geshe Langri Tangpa. The Tibetan word ‘Lojong’ means training the mind and emphasizes the practice of bodhicitta.  You can read the Eight Verses on Mind Training via Lotsawa House.

This will be the start of a Mahayana program of teachings that will continue in subsequent visits. The essence of the Mahayana is the aspiration to attain buddhahood as the only means to help all beings find liberation from suffering. This aspiration is called bodhichitta, the ‘heart of enlightened mind’, and is realized on both an absolute and relative level.

Registration will be available soon.
Autumn 2022
Erric will also join us at Gomde UK in the autumn time. During this time, Erric will offer a further Mahayana retreat and a new Touching Ground retreat.

More information coming soon.
