Khenpo Tokpa Tulku Teachings
15th April – 15th May 2020
New Saturday Talks with Khenpo Tokpa Tulku
We are particularly happy that while Khenpo is stranded here he has agreed to offer a weekly teaching which will be uploaded to YouTube every Saturday night. In the Saturday talks Khenpo will explore the topics already outlined in his talks on View, Meditation and Conduct in further detail. Khenpo is happy to accept questions; if you have any, please e-mail us.

All teachings are available on our YouTube page. Khenpo will be providing a reading list to accompany the teachings and an overview document for reference, which will be available here soon.

YouTube Teachings

In these unprecedented times, Khenpo’s teachings are bringing vital support and clarity. We are truly delighted that these wonderful talks are accessible to all. Please cherish them. Contributions (of any size) are welcome towards Khenpo’s travel and the running of our centre. With your support, we can continue to provide a secure and thriving base from which the authentic Dharma can flourish.

About these teachings
The Six Paramitas — generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditative concentration and wisdom — are the foundation for all the other practices.

This teaching provides instruction to develop bodhichitta, the mind of enlightenment: the wish to attain enlightenment for the sake of others. Most importantly, it shows us how we can move from bodhchitta-in-aspiration to bodhichitta-in-actio, which is said to be the difference between wishing to go and actually going.

It is possible to present these teachings in many different ways and Tokpa Tulku will give teachings in accordance with the inclination, level and interest of the group. This is a rare opportunity to study and contemplate the Dharma at a deeper level with an experienced and skilled teacher and guide who has a special interest in teaching Westerners.
