Monday Study and Practice Group

Join our weekly Monday online group for guided meditation, Buddhist study, and practise of a traditional Tibetan Buddhist text, featuring teachings by Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche and discussion on applying Dharma in daily life. We look forward to welcoming you online to this joint initiative with Gomde Scotland. Sessions last from 19.00–20.30.
