Weekly Meditation & Study
Our weekly group meets at Gomde, Lindholme Hall every Tuesday from 7–9pm. All are welcome and previous experience is not required.

The group is led by resident Lamas or senior practitioners and has a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere! The first hour is spent in ‘study’ and discussion; the second hour is for guided meditation. We follow the Buddha Shakyamuni practice, which involves chanting, visualisation and sitting meditation.
